Sydney, Australia — September 29, 2025 – Flexell Space (CEO Taehun Ahn) announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Italian satellite solutions company NPC Spacemind at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) 2025 in Sydney, Australia.
Through this partnership, Flexell Space will advance its next-generation solar cell technology, while Spacemind will focus on designing and engineering space solar panels. The two companies will integrate their strengths to develop cutting-edge solar arrays tailored for small satellites and next-generation spacecraft.
